Information we may collect
When you use this website or The Insight Studio, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number, date of birth, enquiry details and the responses you enter into reflective tools. For Numerology experiences, calculated values such as your birth number, name number and personal-year number may be stored with your Insight Studio record. For Vastu experiences, responses such as the type of space, the area you want support with, directional information and simple layout observations may also be stored with your Insight Studio record. If you later submit a floor plan as part of personal Vastu guidance, that file and the directional information you provide may also be stored privately for the purpose of reviewing your space.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the experience or response you requested, save relevant Insight Studio results, respond to enquiries, understand which parts of the website are useful and, where you have separately chosen to opt in, send occasional reflections, updates or invitations from Dr. Suresh Devnani. If a floor plan is submitted as part of personal Vastu guidance, it may be processed using private storage and temporary access links needed to review the file. Those temporary links are not used as permanent public floor-plan URLs.
Email and WhatsApp consent
Receiving a requested result or transactional message does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Email and WhatsApp communications are separate choices. Where you opt in to email, an Insight Studio onboarding sequence may be followed by occasional broader reflections, usually about twice a month. WhatsApp updates are sent only where you have separately chosen that option.
Changing your preferences
Marketing emails include a link to manage your email preferences or unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, remaining Insight Studio nurture emails and future newsletter emails linked to that subscription will stop. You may also contact us through the website if you need help with your preferences or personal information.
